PCF Shaker 2.8 oz (80g). This flavor has become my newest seasoning and most popular. It is excellent with white meats, Vegetables, and seafood. There is a learning curve for using it, but you won't be disappointed with practice.
Broiled Salmon:
Preheat the oven to 350. I wouldn't say I like it being too hot and drying out the fish. Generously add the PCF. Don't be afraid; cover the salmon fillet—Bake for 25 minutes. I enjoy orange foods to make the plate glow! Example Sweet Potato, Squash, Red Pepper, Stewed Tomatoes!
