We Hickory smoke the salt in small batches over a 8 hour period, being sure the temperature is just right and the salt is turned often, to ensure all sides of the salt crystals are smoked evenly.

    Hickory Smoked Sea Salt

    This is true chunky sea salt crystals smoked to perfection. So many I've tried are so subtle you could hardly taste the smoke. These have real hickory flavor, perfect for salads or finishing any dish. I keep the jar at the table and use it freely. The best out there.

    Good stuff

    We have been buying this for years at the Fryeburg Fair. Unfortunately with the pandemic mess, no fair this year and we just ran out. I was relieved to find that thy have a website and ordered the Hickory Smoked and the Applewood Smoked. Both are tremendous on steaks, baked potatoes, and the like. It came quickly and was well packaged. THANK YOU!
