Fine Maine Sea Salt, is small enough in granular to dissolve in soups and brines quickly. Not usually used as a finishing salt.

    Natural and healthy

    Reminds me of why salt was once used as currency. This salt tastes light and healthy and is good for the body. It has a natural, unpolluted taste and feel, with no chemical aftertaste. Unlike the "salt" you can buy in the cardboard tubes in the grocery store, this is a real, whole food that supplements your diet and adds minerals and nutrients. Love it.

    Makes Even A Medicore Cook Better

    All of these salts are incredible, but the garlic is our absolute favorite. So much so we just bought 4 pounds and are hoping they will last us 4 months. We use these salts for everything. Last week we had a family gathering (had family from TX) and my husband encrusted a roast with Apple Wood Salt and smoked it in apple wood. It was eaten faster than we could cut it. I love the garlic and put it on everything, cottage cheese, dinner (what ever it is) and my favorite is grilled cheese sandwiches. Best find I ever made.
