  We have been using this salt for 9 months now, and we love it. Just the right amount of salinity, clean, crisp taste, and goes on everything you need: from salting your pasta water to pickling. Highly recommended!

  I bought 6 pounds of plain Maine Sea Salt to use as the base for an herb salt for members of my CSA—the salt is potent, was delivered quickly and makes the perfect addition to my blend. I’m so happy with this company and look forward to purchasing from them in future.

  I have been purchasing from Steve for many years, and his salt is a New England gem. The fine grind is used for everything. I put it on the same level as artisan grey salt from France, but locally sourced. Seasoning pasta water and making bread are two standouts where this salt really makes a difference. The flakes melt so beautifully. Highly recommended!
