    Salt coarseness

    Unfortunately, in our salt mill (VIPP) it is not quite coarse enough... it tends to clog up. Or is it the hardness? (Natural sea salt, may contain moisture that can cause clumping. You can dry the salt in a paper towel on a south facing window shelf. or store in a refrigerator when purchased. We do not add drying agents, so that is the price for natural sea salt, sorry.)
