We Hickory smoke the salt in small batches over a 8 hour period, being sure the temperature is just right and the salt is turned often, to ensure all sides of the salt crystals are smoked evenly.

Excellent flavor and great smokiness

This is the only place to get this great salt, with this kind of flavor. Burgers are not a frequent occurrence in my kitchen but when do crave them this is the only seasoning my husband wants. It gives a nice smoky flavor even when you can't get the grill out.

Literally, the best salt ever! I first got it for myself to use for steak rubs. My girlfriend is a vegetarian. She tried it And uses it on everything! She sometimes catches me grinding small portions of it into my hand and licking it. Haha! Deeeelicious!
