Hickory Smoked Maine Sea Salt, 6 oz glass gift jar. Smoked over a Hickory fire for a clean smoky taste. Use Smoked Hickory Salt to make rubs, or to add a smokey flavor to any meal, particularly good with red meats. We Hickory smoke the salt in small batches over a 8 hour period, being sure the temperature is just right and the salt is turned often, to ensure all sides of the salt crystals are smoked evenly. Kosher Certified.

Good stuff
We have been buying this for years at the Fryeburg Fair. Unfortunately with the pandemic mess, no fair this year and we just ran out. I was relieved to find that thy have a website and ordered the Hickory Smoked and the Applewood Smoked. Both are tremendous on steaks, baked potatoes, and the like. It came quickly and was well packaged. THANK YOU!
