    Delicious. It adds to the quality of the food it goes with, and it comes from the sea off the Maine Coast. How can you go wrong?—you can't.

    Wonderful for table or cooking/baking - none of the bitter aftertaste, as is common with so many supermarket salts, and local for us, too! Expect this salt to get a little damp in its container -- that's not a detriment, but evidence that there are no artificial anti-caking agents in there. Try an old-fashioned salt cellar over a shaker, and it works just fine.
